SECTION 1 - CUSTOM ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION

As a provider of bespoke, custom-made products, the following specific terms apply:

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (including spelling, high-quality images, and specific options). We will produce the item exactly as submitted.

• Default Design Option: For customized orders where specific design selections (such as font style) are required but not specified by the customer during checkout, Playful Print will be applied automatically as our default choice to avoid production delays.

• Image Rights: By uploading any image, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material.

• Proofing: If a digital proof or layout sketch is provided for your confirmation, production will only begin after your explicit approval. Delays in approval will result in corresponding delays in production and shipping schedules.

SECTION 2 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile device's display of any color will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
