Since each piece is lovingly handcrafted to order, please allow 3–5 business days for us to shape your animal companion and hand-embroider the name. Once finished, shipping times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days for international orders). You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package begins its journey.

If no custom name or specific font is provided at checkout, we will default to Font 1 and reach out to you via email. If you need to make urgent corrections, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Because each item is bespoke and permanently stitched, we cannot alter the design once crafting has begun.

Each character is hand-shaped using 100% natural wool, set against a high-quality linen background, and framed in a durable oval hoop. It is completely non-toxic, odorless, and designed to safely bring timeless warmth into your baby's space.

Our framed signs are made to last a lifetime as childhood keepsakes. Because wool naturally repels dust, they require very little maintenance. If needed, you can gently use a lint roller or a soft brush to clear away surface dust. Please do not wash or submerge the piece in water, as this can alter the shape of the handcrafted wool felt.
