SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Beloved Me. Every item we create is custom-made to order with care. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. PRODUCTION TIME (How long it takes to make your item)
Because all of our products are personalized and made-to-order, they are not ready-to-ship.

Standard Production Time: Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for us to craft, quality-check, and package your order.

During peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, etc.), production may take up to 9 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once your item is crafted, it will be handed over to our carriers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please Note: Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will usually be active within 24 hours.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (For International Orders)
Beloved Me is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at blissandblessgift.service@gmail.com within 48 hours.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local sorting office before contacting us.
