REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Beloved Me.

As our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure the quality and uniqueness of every piece we create.

1. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Because each product is uniquely personalized and manufactured specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has begun. Please double-check your personalization details (spelling, photos, size, and colour selection) before completing your order.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

The only exception to our "No Return" policy is if the item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at blissandblessgift.service@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your package.

  • You must provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damage or the error made on our part.

  • If the defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a partial/full refund at our discretion.

3. INCORRECT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER

Beloved Me is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process (e.g., typos, incorrect photo uploads, or selecting the wrong size). We produce exactly what you submit. We highly recommend reviewing your cart summary one last time before checkout.

4. LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If they cannot locate it, reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, the production process begins, and we can no longer cancel the order.
